Charity PhotoSesh at the 11th Annual Woodlawn Run for a Cause 5K

We had a blast with this special charity PhotoSesh photographing these runners and the festivities. Money raised was to benefit CFC's mission to help fund research in fighting Multiple Myeloma! What a great organization! Bravo to everyone involved!

The Mission

The mission of the Woodlawn Run for a Cause is to raise awareness and funds for a variety of causes in the Bronx and Yonkers, while encouraging good physical health. Over the past 10 years, the Woodlawn Run for a Cause has had more than 2,100 people complete the 3.1 mile course. More importantly, more than $113,000 has been raised for the following charities: Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund, Children's Hospital at Montefiore Medical Center, Compassionate Care Hospice, Part of the Solution, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Calvary Hospital, Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, Bronx Community Health Network, Friends of Van Cortlandt Park, Mercy Center, Peace Outside Campus, Kalie Gill Family Foundation, National Brain Tumor Society, Ty Louis Campbell Foundation, HOPe Charity, Boomer Esiason Foundation, and the Ronald McDonald House.

Proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and Quinn for the Win.
